Maurice Jallot (1900-1971) is the son of Léon Jallot. Like his father Léon, Maurice is a wood carver, cabinet maker and decorator. After graduating from the Ecole Boule in Paris, he worked with his father and made furniture with sleek and refined lines highlighting the beauty of wood essences, his favorite material. Very attached to the principle of “unique piece”, Maurice Jaillot quickly manages to give birth to the luxurious character of each of his achievements. Thus, he is called to work on a small project, such as the decoration of the Elysée, ministries, embassies.
