Jazzu is a contemporary painter from Toulouse. Thanks to the discovery of J-M Basquiat work, whom he admires, Jazzu plunges and opens his mind to Art. Painting “by necessity”, as he says, his works reflect his emotions and the various difficulties he may encounter; as if these canvases served him as an outlet. In addition to being artistic, Jazzu’s works are irremediably intellectual in the sense that they push us to think on our world and its absurdities.
